THOMAS W. RICH. He was graduated from Dartmouth College in 1799, studied law with Judge Marsh of Vergennes, Vt., and practiced in Monckton, Vt. Before his marriage he was principal of New Ipswich Academy. He removed later to Vergennes and kept a hotel. After his death, his widow returned to Lincoln and lived with her daughter, Louisa C. Peet.
