Biography of William Everett Crosby
William E. Crosby, 79, of Sun City, AZ, passed away April 10, 2003. He was born April 5, 1924 in Hill, New Hampshire to Everett and Mary Crosby. A retired English Teacher having taught for 30 years in Irondequoit, NY and a WW II U.S. Army Veteran. He moved to Sun City in 1995 and was a member of St. Joachim & St. Anne Catholic Church and as an avid golfer, he was a member of the South Golf Course Men's Association. He was also a member of the New York State Teacher's Association. A loving husband and father, his survivors include his wife Edwina of Sun City. Children Dana A. Crosby & Elise Warren of Glendale, Sister Judith Ann Crosby O.S.C. of Great Falls, MT, David E. (Mary) Crosby of Fairport, NY, Donald W. Crosby of Scottsdale, Dennis W. (Joymarie) Crosby of Glendale, Douglas R. (Tami) Crosby of Glendale, Daniel E. (Joan) Crosby of Fairport, NY, Dale E. Crosby of Wilmot, NH and Jennifer M. Crosby of Cave Creek. A Sister Ruth C. Stadig of Washington. 15 grand-children and 2 great grandchildren also survive. Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 AM, Monday, April 14, 2003 at St. Joachim & St. Anne Catholic Church, 11625 N. 111th Ave., Sun City, AZ.
