CHARLES PARKER FILLEBROWN, son of John Milton and Ellen Bridge Fillebrown, was born July 9, 1869, at Monroe, Wis. He married, January 7, 1906, at Nevada, Missouri, Nora Barger, daughter of William and Frances (McKorkle) Barger, who was born May 13, 1881. During his early manhood he taught school, entering the service of the United States during the Spanish American War in a Missouri regiment, but was not called out of the country. He is engaged in the abstract business with J.D. Minton, in Enid, Oklahoma.
