- He purchased 137.05 acres in Lykens Township, Section 18, Township 1, Range 16, from Arthur and Ann E. Andrews on September 30, 1864 for $5900. Received at recorder's office September 19, 1865 and recorded October 3, 1865. W. C. Grimble, Crawford County Recorder. This property was sold to Rufus Brown on March 19, 1873 for $8000. Received at recorder's office May 7, 1873 and recorded June 26, 1873. J.L. Bryant, Deputy Recorder, Crawford County. You would find this property east of present State Route 100 and north of present State Route 103. It is between Lykens and Plankton.

- Member of Company B, 49th Regiment, Ohio Volunteer Infantry during the Civil War.
- Resided in Sycamore Township, Wyandot County, Ohio. His farm also extended into Seneca County.

- Both Job and Eliza are buried in Rock Creek Cemetery, Eden Township, Seneca County, Ohio.

- WHEELER HARRY BAKER, born September 8, 1872 in Lykens, Crawford County, Ohio; died in 1941. Married GERTRUDE L. LaRUE on October 2, 1902 in Wyandot County, Ohio.
- MONROE BAKER, born about 1876 in Ohio. Married ROSE DELLA ASHLOCK.
