• Married RUTH PADDOCK about 1768 in Tolland County, Connecticut. She was born August 8, 1745 in Mansfield, Tolland County, Connecticut; and died February 16, 1810 in Dorset, Bennington County, Vermont. Her parents were ZACHARIAH PADDOCK (February 17, 1720-?) and DEBORAH FREEMAN (April 17, 1722-November 13, 1803).
• Died March 17, 1830 in Dorset, Bennington County, Vermont.
• Both Benjamin and Ruth are buried in Maple Hill Cemetery, Dorset, Bennington County, Vermont.
